Custom CNC Router

Cores, bases, and molds all need to be custom made for each snowboard we build, and they must be extremely precise. Computer Numerically Controlled (CNC) machines are the only way to build these pieces to the tight tolerances we demand. We've deigned and constructed our own CNC router specifically for building snowboards, with a cutting area of 2' x 7' x 5", a resolution of 0.0004" and positional accuracy of ~0.005". This allows us to machine custom shapes to within 5 thousandths of an inch.

This machine, combined with our detailed craftsmanship, allows us to build custom snowboards with a level of quality that larger manufactures can only dream of.
