The following articles cover the equipment needed to build a snowboard. Some of these can be bought from your average hardware store, and some have to be built by you. Some are absolutely required, while others (like a CNC machine) are pretty optional. Which ones you really need will depend on the way you chose to build boards and the raw materials you can get. For instance, if you buy core blanks from someone then you might not really need most of the larger woodworking tools. If you’re willing to bend the edges completely by hand then you won’t need a specialized edge bender, etc.
