Note the small divot to the left of the alignment hole above. This was left at a specific offset from 0,0 by the CNC machine using a 1/4" V-grove bit. If for some reason the CNC looses track of where “home” is (this machine has no homing switches) then we can re-home the machine using the same cutter by carefully lowering it into the center of this divot.
